The building is part of the Modernism Heritage at Barcelona. It was workshop and residence of the artist Ramón Casas. In 2.800 m2 we recovered ceillings, floors, ceramics and the awesone hearth work of Josep Pascó i Mensa, from 1902. A bit of contemporary history, like rests of Mariscal’s painted paper, was also preserved.
The final result gives commercial use to a faultless space, a jewel with all the brand identity and all the heritage recovered and been worth.
Come and see.
