Incoga Smart Building finished La Penela restaurant work on 6th July in the prestigious Velázquez Street in Madrid.

Situated in the heart of the Madrid neighborhood, the project consists in the returbishment of the restaurant.

Developed in a period of 3 months, the project dealt with the restaurant’s total refurbishment with a more modern construction mindset than the previous.

About 320 m2 of surface distributed in a main floor and a mezzanine aimed for a more exclusive experience. Communicated by a wodden cladded staircase with an ancient metal forged restored handrail.

A feature soffit above the bar stands out thanks to acrylic pannel that resembles a mirror effect.

The rustic style furniture has been made to measure using dyed melis pine.
