Comprehensive renovation of a high-rise flat with a surface area of approximately 130 m2.
Work carried out by INCOGA:
- Complete demolition and insulation of the façade with high-density rock wool.
- Replacement of existing carpentry and installation of new plasterboard partitions.
- Self-levelling screed and installation of natural walnut flooring with a rustic oiled finish and 1900x190x14 mm boards.
- Preparation of existing concrete beams and pillars to be exposed
- Interior carpentry in oak panelling with an oiled finish
- Microcement finish on walls and floors in bathrooms and laundry room. Mineral Look decorative coating on walls.
- Direct and indirect lighting with recessed round spotlights of various sizes. Indirect LED lighting in bathrooms and around concrete beams. Downlighting in secondary bedroom to accommodate LED strip.
- Restoration of existing solid marble sink in kitchen for new use as washbasin in main bathroom.
- Custom-fitted kitchen with oak and lacquer finishes. Unit with concealable doors.
- Installation of Dekton table and countertops in kitchen and bathrooms.
- Closed study with curved plasterboard partition, which can be separated from the rest of the house by a 180 x 240 cm single-leaf pivoting door with slotted glass.
- Plasterboard headboard with unique microcement finish and wooden alcoves as bedside tables in the master bedroom. Connection to the adjoining bathroom via fixed opaque glass windows that allow natural light in while preserving privacy.
