Renovation of the façade of an iconic building located in the commercial heart of Paris, just a few metres from the Arc de Triomphe.
Work carried out:
· The main façade had chips, cracks and fissures that posed a safety hazard due to the risk of falling debris, so it was completely renovated using innovative mountaineering techniques to work at height.
· The section of the party wall that exceeded the height of the adjacent building was in poor condition due to the passage of time. INCOGA carried out a complete repair by chipping away the old mortar, applying new mortar, installing fibreglass mesh and painting.
