A Coruña, 15 May 2025. INCOGA, a multinational construction company offering high-quality global solutions for all phases of the construction process, has begun work on Icaria Point, an exclusive private residential complex located in Oleiros, one of the most prestigious and sought-after residential areas in the A Coruña region.
The project, promoted by Inversiones Inmobiliarias Lucorma, consists of seven premium homes of different types, with four bedrooms, a garage, private green areas and communal areas with green spaces and a swimming pool. With a built area of over 2,000 m2, Icaria Point is characterised by its cutting-edge architectural design and the incorporation of state-of-the-art technological and sustainable solutions.
Construction at the service of design and habitability
The design of Icaria Point, by Delirious Architects in collaboration with Fernández Carballada y Asociados, is based on simple geometry and the use of natural light.
The volume of the dwellings is organised over three floors, creating an open central area with interior courtyards, large windows and double-height spaces that blur the boundary between the exterior and interior. Its broken floor plan structures the more social spaces, such as the kitchen and living-dining room, and hides the more intimate areas of the dwelling from view.
INCOGA will be responsible for executing this unique project, focusing on construction details, durability and the highest quality finishes, adapting processes to the specific features of the design to ensure faithful compliance with the original architectural concept.
