A Coruña, 21 July 2026. INCOGA has been awarded, through AENOR, ISO/IEC 27001 certification, one of the leading international standards for information security management. This accreditation confirms the implementation of a system designed to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, ensuring its proper management and protection against internal and external threats.

An audited system to protect information assets

The certification confirms that INCOGA has a structured Information Security Management System that has been audited and is aligned with international best practice. This model is based on the principles of continuous improvement, risk management and regulatory compliance.

The system enables the identification, analysis and management of risks associated with the company’s information assets through the application of technical, organisational and procedural controls. Its aim is to ensure secure, traceable and efficient information management at all levels of the organisation.

A key milestone in an increasingly demanding digital environment

Achieving ISO/IEC 27001 certification represents a significant step forward for INCOGA in an increasingly digitalised business environment that is subject to regulation and exposed to new cybersecurity threats. In this context, the accreditation awarded by AENOR strengthens the confidence of customers, suppliers and partners.

This certification reflects INCOGA’s commitment to a corporate culture based on prevention, accountability and the protection of information. For the company, security is not merely a technical requirement, but also a key factor in quality and competitiveness.

Monitoring, prevention and continuous improvement

The certification process has involved a comprehensive assessment of policies, procedures, internal controls, access management, risk analysis, business continuity and incident response measures. This review reinforces the firm’s ability to anticipate potential threats, minimise vulnerabilities and ensure rigorous information management.

With ISO/IEC 27001 certification, INCOGA strengthens its value proposition and reaffirms its commitment to offering services with greater guarantees of security, compliance and operational excellence. This new accreditation complements the company’s existing Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, which is also certified by AENOR in accordance with the international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and is geared towards optimising its processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing resources efficiently and demonstrating a commitment to sustainability.

The new certification thus forms part of the company’s continuous improvement model and strengthens its ability to meet the market’s growing demands in the areas of cybersecurity, data protection and responsible information management.
