A Coruña, 4 March 2026. INCOGA, a multinational construction company offering high-quality global solutions for all phases of the construction process, has completed work on the new showroom and offices of the prestigious Italian textile company MANTECO in A Coruña. This opening adds to the brand's international network, which is present in cities such as Paris, Milan, New York, Tokyo and Barcelona.
The project, located in the NEXUS SABÓN business park in the municipality of Arteixo, features contemporary interior design focused on functionality, comfort and product enhancement.
INCOGA's intervention consisted of the comprehensive renovation of a premises of around 250 m2, which was successfully completed on time and in the required manner thanks to its efficient working methodology and extensive know-how in the construction of showrooms and offices.
This new space is characterised by an open-plan design, offering spaciousness and an open layout; the incorporation of fine materials, with a special emphasis on wood in flooring and furniture; a colour palette of warm, neutral tones, nuanced with subtle accents of colour in decorative elements; and careful lighting, based on large windows that maximise natural light, complemented by lighting systems that ensure optimal product presentation and accurate colour perception.
