A Coruña, 19 September 2025; INCOGA has completed the construction of the new Cash Record in Santiago de Compostela for the food distribution company Vegalsa-Eroski. With an investment of approximately €3 million, the establishment is now the chain's largest store aimed at the professional channel.
Located in the A Sionlla Business Park, one of the city's main industrial and commercial hubs, the project covers a total area of nearly 10,000 m2, of which more than 3,000 m2 are dedicated to commercial space. The complex also has exclusive customer parking with 115 covered spaces and four charging points for electric vehicles.
INCOGA has undertaken the construction of the complex, including the exterior refurbishment work. The warehouse, spread over two floors, has been built using prefabricated elements, with an exposed concrete façade. Inside, polished concrete flooring and specific solutions for wet areas and cold rooms have been installed, ensuring the functionality and durability of the space.
The new Cash Record in Santiago de Compostela offers a range of more than 10,000 items in food, household goods, kitchenware and wine, with formats specially adapted to the needs of the HORECA sector. The range includes products from national, regional and local suppliers, as well as an extensive catalogue of its own brand, Servihotel, premium wine cellar and online shopping. As a distinguishing feature, the centre stocks 1,700 fresh products, available in the butcher's, fishmonger's and greengrocer's sections.
The inauguration of this wholesale self-service store was attended by the managing director of Vegalsa-Eroski, José Manuel Ferreño Sánchez; the business director of Cash Record, Francisco Crespo Montoto; and the managing director of Trade and Consumption of the Xunta de Galicia, Gabriel Alén Castro.
With this new project, INCOGA reinforces its experience in the execution of large-format commercial infrastructures, providing efficient construction solutions adapted to the operational needs of each client. In addition, the opening of the centre contributes to boosting economic activity in A Sionlla and consolidating the area as a strategic enclave for the business fabric of Santiago.
