A Coruña, 8 April 2025. INCOGA, a multinational construction company offering high-quality, comprehensive solutions across all stages of the construction process, has completed the Bestprice Alegría hotel, the second project it has built for this hotel chain listed on Euronext Paris.
Located in the San Blas-Canillejas district of Madrid, this new establishment has established itself as the brand’s flagship property, standing out for its spacious facilities and innovative architectural design by the firm Marta González Arquitectos.
The hotel has 53 rooms, spread across a floor area of approximately 1,870 square metres. Best Price Alegría features a contemporary and functional design, with a double-height, glass-fronted lobby that opens onto a landscaped area, creating a sense of harmony with nature. It also boasts a spacious chill-out terrace on the first floor, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views of the city.
INCOGA and Bestprice
Bestprice Alegría is the chain’s second property in the capital, following the opening in 2020 of the Hotel Bestprice Madrid Alcalá, which was also built entirely by INCOGA. This first property, located in the San Blas technology district, has 50 rooms, a rooftop terrace with a therapeutic pool, a car park with charging points for electric vehicles and over 1,500 square metres of floor space, establishing itself as a benchmark in the area since its opening.
