INCOGA has carried out the comprehensive renovation of Bingo Pontevedra, a new space of around 500 m2, located in a strategic enclave of the Galician city, between the historic centre and the commercial hub. In collaboration with MMO Arquitectos and the engineering firm Conforma, the existing premises have been completely transformed for their new function, giving them a modern, bright and attractive appearance that optimises the experience for both visitors and the operating team.
Main work carried out by INCOGA
- Demolition and dismantling: controlled removal of existing installations, false ceilings, partitions and other non-structural construction elements.
- Interior partitions: construction of new partitions and cladding according to the project, including joints, sealing and acoustic and fireproofing.
- Supply and installation of interior and exterior carpentry.
- Technical installations: comprehensive execution of plumbing and sanitation, electrical installation, air conditioning and passive fire protection.
- Finishes and decoration: painting, installation of false ceilings, tiling and custom-made wooden furniture.
