Completion of the new showroom and offices for the prestigious Italian textile company MANTECO in A Coruña. This opening adds to the brand's international network, which is present in cities such as Paris, Milan, New York, Tokyo and Barcelona.
The project, located in the NEXUS SABÓN business park in the municipality of Arteixo, features contemporary interior design focused on functionality, comfort and showcasing the product.
This new space is characterised by an open-plan design, the use of fine materials, a colour palette of warm and neutral tones offset by subtle accents of colour in decorative elements, and carefully designed lighting.
INCOGA's involvement consisted of the comprehensive refurbishment of a premises measuring approximately 250 m2, including the following work:
- Installation of plasterboard partition walls and continuous false ceiling.
- Installation of flooring, with Garbelotto floating wooden flooring, on raised access flooring.
- Lighting via tracks with suspended spotlights.
- Installation of furniture.
