Implementation of the new Cash Record in Santiago de Compostela for the food distribution company Vegalsa-Eroski. With an investment of approximately €3 million, the establishment has become the chain's largest store aimed at the professional channel.
Located in the A Sionlla Business Park, one of the city's main industrial and commercial hubs, the project covers a total area of nearly 10,000 m2, of which more than 3,000 m2 are dedicated to commercial space. The complex also has exclusive customer parking with 115 covered spaces and four charging points for electric vehicles.
INCOGA has undertaken the construction of the complex, including the exterior refurbishment work. The warehouse, distributed over two floors, has been built using prefabricated elements, with an exposed concrete façade. Inside, polished concrete flooring and specific solutions for wet areas and cold rooms have been installed, ensuring the functionality and durability of the space.
