Comprehensive renovation and refurbishment project for the new Bilbao Casino, located in the heart of the city's commercial and leisure district.
Adapting this space to its new use required complex work, carried out by INCOGA, which included achieving remarkable levels of sound insulation throughout the ceiling, walls and floors, far exceeding the requirements of current regulations. Also, the creation, from scratch, of a complete mezzanine floor for offices, based on a robust fireproof metal structure, which starts from the basement and serves as a support for the mezzanine floor and the entire system of acoustic ceilings and decorative mouldings.
With more than 2,000 m2, this new venue, which has a basement, mezzanine and ground floor that houses its entire gaming offering, features contemporary and exclusive interior design. Among its unique finishes, the wall coverings stand out, with authentic walnut panelling; the countertops in the bar and reception areas, made from the famous polished Italian Calacatta marble to adopt its curved shape; as well as the original kidney-shaped mouldings that surround the light fixtures and turn them into unique decorative elements.
