With a total surface area of over 1,400 m² and located in the heart of the city, this new space has an indoor exhibition area of 900 m² and an outdoor terrace of 550 m², showcasing a wide range of construction and decorative solutions offered by Porcelanosa Group materials.
On the main floor, a wide corridor leads to a central point—designed as a contemporary Andalusian courtyard—which connects the three different areas: two homes and a contract space. One of the homes, Luxury House, has an elegant style dominated by marble, both ceramic and natural stone. Thanks to the ceramic tiles that simulate natural wood and gold, applied in mosaics and accessories, an exclusive and sophisticated atmosphere is achieved.
On the other hand, Colonial House, with its traditional style, has a warmer interior design. It features organic shapes and stone materials, perfectly harmonised with copper-finished accessories.
Representing the contract area is the CS Wine restaurant, with its sober and exquisite design.
