Comprehensive execution of Galicia's first immersive virtual reality leisure centre. Located in the innovative digital hub, Hi Coruña, Zero Latency has its own access and a surface area of 400 m2 in which to enjoy video games on another level, hold team-building activities and corporate events. This offering is complemented by a unique showroom with spectacular holographic devices that enable real-time telepresence.
INCOGA was the construction company chosen for the comprehensive execution of the space through a Design-Build service that integrates the architecture, engineering and construction phases.
Work carried out by the INCOGA team for the refurbishment and refurbishment of the premises:
- Creation of an acoustic ceiling using the structure and coffered ceiling. These were covered with sprayed acoustic wool, a solution that has allowed for efficient conditioning of the rooms, as well as the adjacent areas of the building.
- With regard to the entrances, in order to respect the original aesthetics of the building's façade, automatic doors were installed, providing double closure for day and night use.
- Installation of electrical and air conditioning systems with heat recovery treatment.
- Suspended lighting systems integrated into the acoustic ceiling.
- Installation of high-traffic floating floorboards and partition walls.
